6. User-Generated Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Solidinterstice does not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaims any and all liability for any User-Generated Content.

Solidinterstice reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping your payment information up to date.

In no event shall Solidinterstice’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

Solidinterstice may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
